007 Universe is an exceptionally well designed and purpose built theme boutique hotel / resort, perhaps the first of it’s kind, a must see destination! Located within direct access & view of Ulhas river with 360 degree panoramic views of the Sahyadri mountain range, open countryside, serene atmosphere, away from noise and pollution, some 7 kms from Karjat city. Rail / bus stations almost equidistant from Mumbai / Pune (Approx 90 kms).

Rooms

Provisioned in a single story area secured with fence walls, this plot is a single entry building manned by armed guards arranged around a central courtyard consisting of 35 (27keys) well appointed and lavishly furnished family rooms, villas, suites, overlooking stage, pool, beach and helipad. There are ample green areas and concrete areas to ensure cleanliness & to avoid insects and dirt.

All rooms have ensuite bathrooms with rain showers/baths, attached dressing room with WR in bedrooms, storage, hair dryer, dressing table, safe vault, 90L fridge/freezer , large screen LED TV, fan, mood lighting, Split AC, intercom & one way mirrored glass window. All electrical amenities are operable from bedside avoiding the need for getting out of bed.

All rooms have Queen / King bed or twin bed. Family rooms have an additional sofa bed. There are numerous options to accommodate guests, ensuring closeness and intimacy.

Some suites are named and themed to provide a memorable stay ie HONEYMOON, 007. CELEBRATION, DIRECTOR, U2,. Two suites have their own yard with one way mirrored glass, BBQ facility, grassed garden, outdoor WC and 7ft by 5ft granite bath with rain shower.

PLANET BOLLYWOOD – A Themed & luxuriously furnished, intercontinental restaurant, giving glimpses of BOLLYWOOD stars & their lifestyle. A place decorated with real mementos/merchandise from past movies which provides direct view to our separate VEG/NON VEG kitchen staff in action, fruits & veggies.

A large indoor stage is provided for VIP guests/ honeymoon couples to be seated on either side with entertainers in the centre to entertain guests with music & dance performances.

Meals are served in designated areas (Planet Bollywood restaurant) at fixed times. Room service and Poolside dining can be arranged. (conditions apply).

JOGGING TRACK & BEACH

A 6 ft wide non-slip tiled jogging track runs through the perimeter of the campus providing you a great opportunity to burn excess calories. A man made beach with coconut trees, an overlooking bar and pool -just an ideal place to sunbathe and relax.

SUNLOUNGE

A 90 ft long & 20 ft wide sun lounge is located alongside the pool with a pool table and loungers to relax away from sun.

CHILDREN’S PLAYGROUND

How can the kids be left alone? No way!! So we have included sand jumping, aqua slide, merry go round, swings, see saw, slides , target shooting, cycling and off road ATV scooters for kids to roam countryside, accompanied with grown ups for safety.
